M-Audio Oxygen 8 USB Midi controller - In box with manual and USB cable $60+ship
IO Gear USB KVM Switch - $15+Ship (use one monitor and keyboard for 2 computers - handy if you are using a mac and PC)
Bellari MP105 - Modified with the black lion mod - has a really really nice Philmore (Mullard) 12AX7 in it that set me back $30 on its own! $100+ship some paint missing from the top but it sounds fantastic!
