I don't like the design.
Why all of those round buttons? (op-1???)
Why don't keeping consistent with the (immortal) elektron trademark design?
The contrast ratio of black on dark gray is a bad choice.
You don't have any kind of hint of how the buttons are related:
the MD and the MOno have those thin lines and the black faceplate that help you get thru the interface. This crude look is very misleading.
Could be due to some new designers?
Did the man who designed MD and MNM leave?
It's clearly designed by another mind.
Maybe I'm wrong.
I'm very disappointed with it. And I'm an elektron freak, EVEN for the physical interface design.
Is the elektron flavour lost forever?
Of course it will work as a charm and I will buy it, still I really can't see why it's so far from the perfect aestethics and layout of MD and Mono.

its available to order. The round buttons also made me feel like it was cheaper somehow but im guessing there will be a suite of new look MD MM OT together. Surprised theres nothing much to go on yet...reckon we'll be waiting a few months before we can buy these
