As they said, it's a 'target price'. Whether they can actually hit it is up in the air, obviously.
So, we're talking just above $800 US with current exchange rates. I could see it anywhere between that and $1,000. When I originally saw it, I actually figured it would be closer to $1,000.

It's always funny the way we talk about the price before we really know what the thing can do as an instrument.  There are a number of $1000+ portable-but-powerful audio devices on the horizon. The future looks like it's going to be very interesting for the well-heeled. I wonder how long it will take before someone is killed for one of their pricey subway diversions, however. |
