MD not responding to midi.. 18 Years, 9 Months ago
hey guys,
ive got bit of a problem.. my MDuw wont respond to midi anymore.. midi IS sent out, as another synth is responding to it. midi out and midi thru work just fine.. but midi in doesnt. basechannel 10-13. mapping is set up..
even C6ing my samples over doesnt work anymore..
does anyone know of something i can try to get it to work..

oops sorry, didn't read your post thoroughly
perhaps a hardware issue at the port? Mine's always been smooth.

i am actually hoping its something i did (config or something) instead of it beeing a hardware issue.. that would mean that i would have to send my MD back.. and me missing it for a week or 2..

got it working again.. backed my md up.. did a factory preset.. and put the backup back.. didnt know though that my samples wouldnt be backed up.. so i had to upload those seperately.. and had to rebuild some kits i made with them..
