(e.i. track 1=BassDrum, track 2=snare, track 3=Hi-Hat, etc..)The MnM is an advanced x0x sequencer. You can only have one note playing at a time on any given track. That being said, there is a lot you can do with parameter locks, synthesis parameters, and track effects.
I usually use 1 track for drums, and program them with a lot of detail. Perhaps there is a stutter on one hit, delay on the next, and panning on a few more. Sometimes I use 2 tracks for drums, but I've found lately that I can get more interesting results by using one of the other machines for an elektro-style arp as a hi hat line, for example.
