I think that when you reply, the button right above the "size" dropdown, to the left of the one that says manager will add a image for you. You just have to add the url to it.

ok, i'm thick -- does this url/[img] designation work if the pic is on my hard drive? or does it have to be properly "on" the web somewhere?
