About the 5042; I just heard that one of Norway's mastering gurus didn't think much of it and sold it quickly. Not that it needs to matter to us though. I'm considering the 5043, API 2500, TL Audio C-1 and Empirical Labs Distressor. But before forking out that kind of money I need to do some serious research. It's silly buying this kind of gear in Norway, when I can save up to $1000 buying it from the States. No return policies though
