Did some internet sleuthing and found a contact address (physical, UK) and a phone number. Gave them a call but no answer so I left a message.

Checked on Companies House and they still seem to be trading.

Still not made any progress with this.

I even emailed Juno Records (here in the UK) last week as they have Infinium faders in their online shop.

No response.
