Elektron-Users

Hey guys, i got an octatrack last week from a user on here.

Unfortunately it seems to have a problem and 50% of the time gets frozen and i have to do a reset. Have contacted Elektron support about it so hopefully they can sort it out.

anyway, the 50% of the time it is working im having a load of fun on it!

I made a short track and uploaded it to sound cloud, any thoughts/feedback would be much appreciated!

The OT has so much potential, i cant wait til 100% functionality so i can learn how to actually use this thing properly (working out scenes are next on my list!)

Agreed on length, i need to expand tracks a bit, but has been pretty restrictive working with a half functioning OT. Just got the ok from elektron to send it to them tho

Interesting you should mention it has a soundtrack vibe as i just finished composing the soundtrack to a feature film set to be released later this year by Universal. Lots of OP1 in there and a bit of MD. Looking forwards to adding some OT to the next one!

the good news is that my Octa has now been fixed and is on its way back home, hurrah!
