there's no copyright infringement. the concept of 'parameter locks' existed before elektron (jomox xbase at the least). elektron just perfected it.

i'm glad to see this is finally being released. i would buy it in a second if i was interested in adding gear to my setup.

It not p.locks so much as the overall aesthetic design, pretty close, hence the name of the thread! Then again, how many cars look very similar?
Doubt it'll affect Elektron sales, very different price bracket.
Wouldn't mind a tinker with one, as I said, looks fun

The yamaha RS7000 could step and grid (xox) sequence midi CC values also - used to do thios all the time back in the day.

this would make an interesting discussion point in a law school class on trademark, trade dress, in particular.

waiting this device to come to stock.

don't think i will change my MD to it, but as supplement drum synth i think it will be very useful

the only problem i see is that i'm not so good at electronic engineering and need some one to assemble it for me =)
