This isn’t optimal, because you cannot use your “Elektron Protective Cover PL-1” with this design/idea. So this is a no-go for me.

Shouldn't be to hard to make these or have them made in plastic, metal or wood.

Biggest problem is that you wouldn't have any dimensions to hand over to the engineer.
Also, in the case of the A4, I would recommend inserting ventilation holes.

I read that the holes under are enough. No heat issues so far.

I make single, double and triple-tier Elektron stands in acrylic. Plenty of happy customers on here. They all include ventilation holes to accommodate the A4 and all of my designs are able to be used 'upside down' to give you two different mounting angles, tall or shallow(er).

For example, the 3rd and 4th pictures in the gallery below show my 3-tier design in both tall and shallow orientation.
