Re:Actual Memories — In Memory of Ryan Faubion 10 Years, 11 Months ago
downloading now. looking forward to listening to all the great music . thanks to everyone for making this happen. i lost my sister to cancer last october, and the little things that people did for our family went a lot farther than i could have ever imagined before it happened. this is a big, worthy tribute!

So,
I have a little story to tell, bare with me.
Yesterday was a great day, because this compilation in memorial was finally released. Hopefully the love and attention given to it will radiate to the listeners and all of the Faubion family.
On this very same day I was digging in the garden of my family home. Just over ten years ago my dad passed away, but before that he had lost his wedding ring. He wasn't even sure where it may have gone. My mother, had given up on the idea of ever finding it.
As I was digging a new planting bed, I was cleaning out the roots of an old hosta to reuse the soil...and what do i find....my dad's wedding ring.
I just thought it appropriate on this very day, being reflective on those lost and missed.

I have not been here in a while(the forums that is). I am sad to hear Ryan is no longer with us. I spopke with him several times and he was a really nice guy. My heart goes to him and his family!!!
