I know everyone wants a Poly Mode - but I'd be quite happy with a Paraphonic mode for chord stabs /pads and the like which is what they would probably have to implement anyway as the filter config wouldn't allow for proper poly operation as it stands I would have thought.
Nothing wrong with having a Paraphonic mode instead though IMHO.

Some of the parameters could definitely be less sensitive.

Ability to parameter lock the arpeggiators MOD, SPD, RNG and LEN parameters. And also having them available as mod targets from LFOs and ENVs.

I was hoping this would be possible. But apparently it is not. This would allow programming really cool rhythmical patterns. Could potentially be used similar to how retrig works on the other Elektron machines. And it would also allow interesting pitch and rhythm randomization when modulated by LFOs.

Wow, yeah I noticed you can't lock the MOD to turn it on/off for a step, but the speed also. I'm hoping this is planned for an update. Definitely a great feature of the OT arp.

To put my request in the proper thread:
I'd like to have the global 'time signature' aka scale multiplier be on each track.

And I agree with a lot of other good requests, but these are big for me and seem like they'd be simple to change. Of course, everybody says that!

I sent these in.

1. Compare sound - to compare the edited with the saved.
2. Paste lock to saved sound - so that if you make a nice sound on a
lock you can save it as a standalone sound, complete and exactly as it
is on the trig.
3. Wavefolder!
4. A trig type in the CV section to turn the run line on dinsync high
or low, so that we can have the slaved dinsync device stop or start
anywhere in a pattern.
5. Dinsync 12 - Then we can run dinsync devices at half speed.
6. Independent track lengths for the trig mutes/accents/slides - it
would make it nice for jamming out variations wouldn't it?
7. Sine wave - I know we can make it using the filter, but if you can
do it in the OSC section too, even better.
8. New trigless type - chance - it has a % option to set how many
times it will be active, so 50/50 or 25/75 etc or how about even/odd
and odd/even so that say first pass (odd) nothing happens, next pass
(even) it is active, would make setting up interesting things easy.
9. Pitch follow for the LFOs
10. Envelope follower for audio input, maybe for internal tracks too?

What scales are available ? It doesn't say in the manual.

Pelog, Pentatonic, Phrygian? If it doesn't have a whole bunch of non-western scales, please add them!

a VERY important note about poly mode if they add it -- it will be unfortunate if you are forced to use all 4 channels - similar to how poly mode worked on the monomachine. rather, i'd like to have the option of having just 2 note polyphony, or 3, or 4 if i'd like. in the case wherein i want to leave a channel un-poly'd for a bassline or some other monophonic element this will be necessary. call it "stacking" i guess ?

It's why I said they should implement a paraphonic mode instead.
