My guess is effects module as well, though I'm hoping for something bigger. Like the OT it would be an extension of the kinds of things the rest of the Elektron family can do (they can all really be used as effects processors) but more focused. Even though I'm not super hot on the idea, I could see a KAOSS pad or joystick-controlled FX processor with a built in sequencer being pretty useful.

Either that or using that same logic, it could be a dedicated hardware sequencer.

Yeah, its gotta be speakers. Elektron enters the home recording market? With mixers, monitors and audio interfaces? Not sure how I'd fell about that. I'm still hoping for eurorack modules.
