^ its a ton of fun(K)! might as well copy in my mini review from an earlier email...

its a really interesting rhythm sequencer- polyriddim central, kind i wish i had it whilst the MD was around, though Id imagine getting it to play nice may have been an issue. yeah its good, soundwise 90 percent of it is shite but theres enough to keep me interested as a sequencer for sure.

uploaded my own samples earlier, didnt take anywhere near as long as i expected, plays nice, a real shame there's not more user banks... more would most definitely be nice, as would a better sound bank full stop.

I bought a great alternative on my iPad in the form of Aurora Sound Studio.
I know it is double the amount to pay for iso. Official app....but the money is well worth spending as this app towers the one from Yamaha.

I bought this late last night... within minutes i knew i'd just blown 40 odd bucks on a piece of crap.

This morning, as i sat on the couch waiting for the missus to get ready, i opened it up again and played with it for a much longer length of time and had a lot of fun. I reckon i'll easily get 40 bucks worth of fun out of this... even if it's just mashing away at lunch times to ignore my work colleagues.

I'd still like to try the tenori on ipad... or a real tenori!

i have two Tenori-ons i got one when they were still only 'test marketing' it in the UK. then my work got me a second one for the people i tutor.

It really is a fun sequencer, i have been using it with the slim phatty and MFB microzwerg

funny i just finished emailing a friend in sydney who wants to borrow one for her live performance, then i visit this forum to see 'tenori-on' by TIBs

Bugrband VS tenori on- most soiunds bug, tenori on doing sequencing and live fiddling. silly fun(k).

I've had one for quite a while now, and it is a blast. I love setting bounce mode for a pad sound, then running the bounce super slow. Cool, moving textures.

I can't believe the TNR-i app STILL hasn't come to Australia yet
