I had the same problem with my original CF card, but it wasn´t important stuff.
Many years ago, after a bad computer crash I bought "Stellar recovery", an app
that finds deleted files on various drives (also CF cards). It really helped me a lot.
I was curious and tried to recover the stuff, which was on the broken original
elektron card I mentioned and was able to recover everything.
Since your memory on the card says that it is not empty, you are able to revover
it, but "Stellar" is not for free or cheap, but I think you can test it and check if it
recovers your files. I don´t know how important you stuff is and if it´s worth to buy
a recovery app, but it´s the only option I can think of.
