I've have had rubberized knob on my MnM for years!!!!!

pics have been posted a long time ago

The stock ones suck imo, hard plastic with no taper

So this is a GREAT option !

excuse the follow up post

I use a heat gun to loosen mine
some were locked solid

Still broke one,
but they are a common encoder,
some novation stuff is the same
which is how i got one quickly,
when i broke one a week before heading overseas
