I just got my OT yesterday but all my efforts with saving a sample failed because of a rename error. The display showed me Invalid name ..... Any help?

hey scaff, stick to just letters for now- some of the other characters wont let the sample load atm.
Also, just in case you havent seen this are your files in 16 bit 44k?

i tried sampling the external input, so the sample rate won´t be a problem.

yeah hopefully 1.0 will bring improvement, the recording thing is crappy.

how i can save this record without the ''save as'' function ?

SAVE TRIM AS NEW SAMPLE -------- INVALID NAME message ????

what can i do now to save my record from input AB ?

Avoid "space" between words when renaming. Should be ok.

I'll also arrange for a shipping company to pick up any unwanted Octatracks at your door. I could really use a couple more, well another 7 OT's would be optimal, but I could make do with just another 3 ..

In the meantime untill I can afford 64 OT-tracks it would be great if Elektron could at least solve the latency and gain reduction issues when recording from internal source. I am continuously wanting to bounce down to free up tracks or to convert flex to static but internal "bounce" recording is almost unusable in its current state. I would love to be able to make much more use of the resampling capabilities with a lot less fiddling .. meh!

I think we all need to take a deep breath here guys.

We have bought into a concept, and as it has been shown by Elektron in the past with the constant development of the MM and MD - We won't be disappointed! I for one, want the full MIDI implementation NOW! - but Meh, I know it's not too far away.

It will all happen...

Elektron is one company that I am more than happy to invest in.
