Octatrack recording memory full? 10 Years, 8 Months ago
When I try to make recording using flex machine, the Octatrack indicates that the recording memory is full (REC FULL). However, when I check the card status there is still 500 mb free.

I have a 16 GB card.

I also have strong feeling that my card is only 50% working. I have approx. 9 GB of samples. However, only 500 mb free? and the 5 projects can never cover the other half.

Maybe someone recognized the same problems?

Flex machines play from the internal memory, which I think is 80mb. You could use static machines to stream from the card.

Mm.. ok so..in the project i have loaded to much/large samples in the flex slots..which is now full..so I will use the static slots instead...this will give space to the flex-recording slots for internal recording....i think i understand this now...thanks for this short remark.
