Brian Eno helped develop the "Oblique Strategies" cards. They are supposed to help to overcome creative obstacles.

I created my own sets of cards that gently prod along the creative production process. I can draw from several different categories - Genre, tempo, scales/key signatures, which instrument to start a track with, also a deck of random words to spark a certain mood or suggest content for lyrics, etc. fun stuff!
