If you have time to REALLY look you can find the bakelite knobs they use. I found quite a few Chinese distributors that had them, and you could get them in different colors, you could get them textured so your fingers don't slip.
BUT, of course I had a bit of a crash with my PC and lost ALLLLLL my bookmarks ect.....
They are out there though I assure you
