multi map mode-- transposes---- wish it didnt. 19 Years, 2 Months ago

hello there..... i am having some problems with the MM...
i am trying to lay some sequences over the keyboard and then trigger them thru Ableton live...
i set up in global the key ranges for the patterns, then i go and make clips in ableton for each... i make them single note clips with no looping.... some of these work and one of them doesn't... when i trigger one (which happens to be d4) one of the tracks on it transposes all the way down to what seems like the lowest pitch... then when i hit stop then play it comes back to the right pitch... this only happens on that one track and on tat one pattern.... aslo when i set the pattern to be trigged by d2 for ie it will need to be c#0 in live.....
i have the transpose settings for all tracks on all patterns set to fix.
if any one can help out, it would be greatly apreciated..

i've had this same problem. i think it has to do with the previous pattern you switch from. make sure all of the transpose settings are at fix on that one too.

nice one mate , guess what it was??? exactly that...
i think thats a bit of a bug, don't you?
i'm going to email elektron and tell them about it .. would be good if you could just set all tracks globally
