elektron fixing the programchange bug in the 1.05c

it has improved littlebit but still MNM miditrack won't sent the programchange UNLESS there's atleast one trig (whatever trig, a trigless trig will do too) - do you think this is supposed to be like that or is it still a bugging?

cheers

I think I remember reading in the manual that the only condition under which the Mono would send PC was if there was a parameter lock.

List of changes from Monomachine OS 1.05b "maritb" to 1.05c "kent"
------------------------------------------------------------------

Bugfixes:

When changing to a new kit with a different MIDI Program change
setting no MIDI Program Change message was sent unless a lock was set
or the MIDI Program Change encoder was adjusted. Fixed.

That's the way you want it to be, right? If a note is still playing you don't want it to be cut off unless you play a new one. That's the way the whole monomachine works for internal sounds, and also for program changes when controling external gear. Usually when receiving a program change synths clear the sound playing.

Synths other than our gear usually need some time to set up the new sound, which mightmake you prefer to set a trigless trig making the program change a bit earlier, but still some synths (like the all mighty Juno106) manage to be ready for trigging right away after a program change.
