actuel and i think it's a good idea to just have this lab come to a close. it's been going on for a while and the extra time would not likely help. most of us would still wait until the last minute and then maybe ask for another extension. on and on.

now actuel and i will figure out where to put the files so people can listen to them, and then how to "vote" on them, since that's what we've done in the past. it might take a bit, though, because actuel is swamped with work and i don't know how to program.

you know, maybe we should just post them up for everyone's enjoyment and leave it at that. i can do that without actuel's help, and people can continue the discussion in the thread that tib started. at least having them one place will facilitate people listening to and discussing the submissions.

Good idea. Just remember the wording Sciencelab was introduced after some complaints about the contests (=previous wording). Personally a voting would leave me indifferent, but I can understand how it could be a barrier to some for submitting something.
