ok, what the hell,
now my MD doubles all my samples in size
I've used the technique I'm using since day one and all of a sudden it doesn't work..

(pitching up samples -> mono -> 8 bit -> 22.050 / 32 khz)
is the UW know "upsampling" everything to 44.1k or something?

is it not possible to p-lock a step without it triggering a 'note' with that step?

for example, when i p-lock the fillter cutoff, it also registers a new note to be triggered with that step.

Not on the MD, a P-lock can only be on a note trigger. But you can p-lock volume at 0 if you don't want it to sound.

you can still P_locks without trigging with ctr-8p machines

does anyone get this little bug on the mnm 1.21b?

When in song mode edit screen:

-copy/paste a song row
-use the encoder to increase pattern number for pasted row
-pattern number resets back to A01 instead of pasted pattern + 1

This is a big pain when your patterns are in the H bank

It works fine when inserting a row (FUNCTION, down arrow) but copy/paste is better in some cases.

can anyone back this up?

I had another glitch when in record mode I entered some notes on part one than muted that part to edit another and when going back to unmute part 1 the notes for that part then won't activate from the sequencer. Even getting out of record mode and changing patterns back and forth still left the notes untriggerd!?!?

A rest fixed the problem although if you read this thread you'll see its not the first time.

It's getting me a bit worried about a gig I've got lined up where I'm going to have to be the master clock with the mono, I can't turn the machine on and off mid performace so to speak.
