its been said a billion times before..... but DAMN i wish the Monomachine had ctrl-al, function + knob, and function + classic button capabilities!

well, maybe someone posted this bfore, but still lfo with 2 speed modes = add one with osc range speeds. I guess this could be easily made by adding highspeed waveforms to select from. am, fm and other this comes into mind...

I quite often find the patterns to be to short, for example when I want to record a solo och melodyline or something like that. So I was thinking... Wouldn't it be nice to be able to "chain" patterns while you record? Så that the MonoMachines jumps from one pattern to another without me haveing to pause and change patterns manually.
Maybe there is allready a way to do this, but if there is not it can't be to hard to make.

What do you think?

+1. i've jsut gotten into them on the MDUW and my head asploded when I thought about what they could do on the mono.

Yes please, that was one of my early requests to Elektron as well. I'd love to see actual note lengths for the time based parameters.

You can do this: hold the patterns you want to chain while pressing rec and play

I keep thinking it would be nice to have a special ROM machine on the UW which would be designed for pitched samples. Everything would be essentially the same, except that the machine would have a MIDI channel assigned to it so that note data from that MIDI channel would control pitch.

Either that or Elektron should consider making a fully-fledged sampler that is designed to do that sort of thing. They'd make more money off of me that way
