Looks like it might be real. This site mentions a "Minifooger" trademark application by Moog Music: http://www.trademarkia.com/minifooger-86041483.html

I avoided the MF-104M delay because of the high price and all this MIDI stuff that I didn't want in an analog delay. The mini one might be the ticket for me.

There are 5 of them:
Boost
Drive
Trem
RingMod
Delay

Delay is the highest price at $199 and they go down from there to I think $139 for the boost.
