to be honest - I don't really know yet

All I can say for certain is this:
It is something for the iPad, and it does stuff that you definitely cannot do with the Lemur app or a Bitstream controller or anything else, because it understands the machines' data structures (patterns/kits/patches etc.) and can dynamically create and manipulate them.

I also have to say that it's far from finished. I think I'll make this my art school diploma project.

The Analog Four is actually a huge distraction currently, most code I've got so far is for the Machinedrum, and it makes most sense going for that box first.
