Ultimately that's what I would hope to do. I use logic mostly to multitrack my gear, and do final editing/mixing but I would like to take the parts from my tracks and plug them into the octatrack to use as a sampler when I play live. Due to the output limitation of the octatrack I will probably just use it for samples of core parts of tracks then accent those samples with synths/drum machines.
