I may add a Boss RC-50 looper, debating that, hit me up if you are interested because that may sway me.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyGkHCV01iIYamaha G-50 pitch-to-midi converter-In nice shape, works well, WAY BETTER THAN ANY ROLAND. Made by Axon and branded as Yamaha. I have video examples if you want to see it in action controlling a synth with a bass, which is harder to convert than regular guitar. I don't have a Hex pick-up but that does make it polyphonic.
$175 pp gift please, shipped in CONUS

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lghhdznPYy4On some of the sounds the attack is set slow on the synth. But see how low latency is at the start of the video.
