this song uses the MnM, MD and some other gear

this is an early sunday morning jam, created for the music-bar mailing list. inspiration came from seeing photos of wave world {http://www.waveworld.tv/} in action, and wishing i did something that cool.
machinedrum and monomachine kits and patterns created and recorded in less than an hour, with no edits or mixing {spontaneity's a big thing in the bar}.
using monomachine and sidstation.
This is my new track. "Flock of Circuits" Used: Monomachine, Machinedrum, Sidstation, Revolution, and Nord Lead 3. Tons of waves effects. Still needs EQ tweaking.

so i've never posted anything, but thought that doing so at least once would be good for me. this is a "song" that i started working on purely for the sake of getting my head around song mode on the mm and md. all you hear was done on an mm and an md, except for the vocal sample at the start. that's running in live, sync'd to the machines. ten points if you know what the vox is from.
anyway, it's obviously not finished, as it just kind of ends - but it was a homework assignment from myself to myself in order to get more familiar with these little bastards.
enjoy. or not.
=)
M
a gang of misc. kick drums....enjoy! :-D

a
4th track from my new (feb 2006) live set. everything but the vocals is either MD or MnM.
check out my site at www.stevesurly.com for the rest of the set (13 songs in total)
drums and samples - MD-UW
x0xb0x sequenced through MNM, routed through MNM
a little something; not developed, but I like it
UW + MNM
Monomachine, 5 VO tracks, 1 Saw Wave + MD, 1 pattern each
something finally worth uploading for scrutiny (not that it's stopped me in the past :-D ); this is a work in progress...I'm going to work in some abrupt pauses, some more synth variations, and have something at the beginning.
Drums produced and sequenced by my MD-UW. Matrix 1000 (growly bass stuff) and MB_Sid (delicate, slow arp stuff) sequenced from Live and processed through the MD.
The whole thing was recording straight out of the MD...no processing after the fact, although I am all ears as to ways in which it could benefit the song.
Thanks,
Charles
