A few XBase samples that I felt like sharing - load em into your UW's you bastards!
Drum kit 1 sampled from the Vermona DRM1mkII. Courtesy of elektron-user Donato.
Ok - this is messed up on my monomachine - load the song, and have something going into input A and its routed out of CD - if there is a difference in between the volumes on the input between patterns than I think there is smething up with the OS, or something that I am missing. Let me know!
Sample run through a Virus C Vocoder for NILS
Something I just cooked up - its gonna be part of my live set and its a little rough around the edges, but I was having so much fun I had to share!
My monomachine crashed today and I though I was gonna lose this! Luckily, I was able to keep it.
Kit includes: Mono, Xbase09, MPC1000, and x0xb0x (processed to death by the monomachine as you will soon hear)
enjoy!
I just did this 10 minutes ago to demo some of the features of the Revolution (namely the remix feature). This entire track was made with 1 single pattern in the revolution, manipulating the remix knobs for pattern changes. I did my best to demo the sound possibilities of the unit as well (CV MOD, Dist on/off, square/saw, internal reverb etc ...) There is simple accompaniment from the MD, muting and unmuting with my big to (really) while I twisted the knobs on the revo. Nothing special here, but hopefully it can give you a better idea of this machine, and how fun it may be controlling drums with the Remix feature!
SORRY about the skips in the MP3!
An 11 minute jam session showing the vast possibilities with the Revolution's remix feature. Entire groove is 1 pattern. I tries to show as many of the revo's sound capabilities as I sould. Internal reverb, overdrive only. Simple MD beat in background, muting/un-muting with my big toe (really) as I tweaked the knobs of the revo. Nothing special, but hopefully clears any doubts on the capabilities of the revolution.
These are some noiseloop i made out of rawdata.
I made them a while ago with Battery in mind but they will suite the UW just fine.
Just some MFB Synth II noise
